During the first visit to our office, Dr. Azim will prepare your tooth. After your tooth is prepared, we will take an impression to send to the dental lab to make the crown. We will also fit you with a temporary crown to be worn until your permanent one is constructed.
During your second visit, Dr. Azim will remove your temporary crown and place the permanent one in place. Adjustments are sometimes necessary, and we may choose to temporarily cement your crown into place to ensure functionality is properly restored. Once the crown is adjusted to fit your bite, we will permanently cement it.
